Our Client, is a wholly independent, business focuseed environmental and energy consultancy. We are a specialist company recently formed by a number of former Directors of large multi-discipionary environmental engineers . Based in Glasgow, we deliver commercial and technical excellence to help our clients manage their risks and make sustainable business improvements.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and dynamic Junior Consultant to take a technical, project management and business development role for our geo-environmental team. The successful candidate would be expected to be client facing and contribute to the development and leadership of the

The role would involve the following;

  • Assisting the delivery of geo-environmental projects to major clients.
  • Management of people, projects and budgets.
  • Business development, client Liaison and care.
  • Supporting other team members


This role as will suit an individual who has a recently graduated, with strong interest in developing their technical and commercial skills in development and remediation led geo-environmental work.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional with a good academic record and practical experience able to develop a a broad range of core geo-environmental skills used to evaluate issues associated with ownership and development of contaminated land. Our projects involve work across all client sectors requiring investigation and design skills.

Key skills should include:

  • Basic technical knowledge of contaminated land with some geotechnical knowledge an advantage.
  • Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to develop a Technical overview and project direction for contaminated land, geotechnical and geo-environmental projects.
  • Good project management ability.
  • Staff coaching, development and mentoring.
