HENRY GUNN are a modern employer who puts the employee first, we have a completely flexible approach to how we work and recognise the importance of wellbeing and balancing living a life that gives you the opportunity to pursue your goals in and out of work. We recognise that in the modern era, that working ourselves into an early grave is a fruitless existence that yields only short-term results. Our employees set their own working hours and choose when and where they work to maximise their own productivity. Long gone is the era of daily KPI's and the first in last out mentality. Henry Gunn seeks long-term employees who choose to work here because of how the company values their time.

We are approved suppliers to leading multi-disciplinary consultancies across the UK and internationally. We have some exceptional relationships within industry and remain a quality driven recruiter that never throws paint at the wall. We have a long-standing background in supplying specialist pre-construction professionals, Geotechnical engineers, and Environmental specialists. In addition, we can deliver civil engineers, structural, architects, Quantity Surveyors etc. Anyone who has existing relationships within these fileds would be of particular interest and a good fit with our current business model.
