Really good opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a successful regional contractor in Yorkshire with genuine potential to work your way up to Senior and beyond.
You will have experience of running projects circa £1m – £5m in value and have NEC contract experience, ideally A and B.
Initially you will be running a £1.5m project in Hull which involves the demolition and rebuild of an industrial unit to include externals such as utilities, landscaping and utilities etc. The project is due to start on site in May/June is under contract NEC Option A. With other projects due to land you will also get involved in more Yorkshire projects going forward.
The clients office is in York but you will have flexibility to work from home and on site, with 1 -2 days week needed on site.
