Key Responsibilities

• Managing and reviewing all stages of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) including SEA, feasibility, screening/scoping, and Environmental Statement chapters
• Guiding project delivery to take the opportunities of environmental best practice and avoiding risks.
• Advising and managing consenting applications such as planning, Development Consent Orders, HRA, WFD, and Environmental Permits
• Promoting sustainable solutions and design
• Supporting construction stage delivery
• Liaising with project teams, clients, stakeholders and the public
• Supporting business development and tenders (post secondment)
• Providing a mentoring/supervisory role to more junior members of our team.

Qualifications/Requirements

The role is suitable for an Environmental professional with full professional membership (such as IEMA, IES or CIWEM).  In addition, you should possess and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and knowledge:

• An environmental related degree
• A sound understanding of EIA and sustainability
• Understanding of CEEQUAL and Biodiversity Net Gain
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Hold a full UK driving licence
