Principal/Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer:

Our client an exciting opportunity for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer, with technical design knowledge, to join our rapidly expanding team. They provide expert geotechnical advice to a wide range of clients in the building, energy, ports and harbours and transport sectors.

Preferably UK chartered, or nearly chartered in a relevant profession, with a first degree in Civil Engineering.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.

The role will involve predominantly office design-based work, in either our South East or South West offices. Some site-based work could be required from time to time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, client liaison, technical assessment and design, and report writing. Knowledge of geotechnical software is essential. Exceptional team working skills are imperative to be able to contribute to and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Remuneration package is negotiable and will be reflective of experience and qualifications.
